Joni Lee Pow Medical Expenses: Aplastic Anemia

Donation protected
Joni was diagnosed in December 2023 with hereditary aplastic anemia (i.e. bone marrow failure). Her bloodwork has declined rapidly in the last two weeks, and while treatment in the form of immunosuppressants is both available (and costly), the only possible cure for her condition is a bone marrow transplant. We has a good chance of securing a position in a clinical trial for this transplant in Maryland. There are a number of expenses associated with this extensive and long process and your contribution towards getting her and managing her stay (months) would be very much appreciated.

Anyone that knows Joni knows that she has a LOT to live for, but nothing more important than her desire to see her children grow up and flourish.
