Jon's final surgery!

Hey guys, we need your help again! As some of you may know Jon is getting ready to go back in for what should be his final surgery! It has been a long road getting to this point. And fortunately it looks like there is a light at the end of the tunnel! With surgery also comes recovery, and that means no work for our pal Jon for a while. He needs our help to keep him on his feet financially while he's healing. You all have been so kind and helpful through this whole ordeal.
