Jordan and Evan do IVF
Donation protected
Update- we want to thank you all so much for your generosity. With the money raised Jordan and Evan were able to cover the cost of their medication for this first cycle of IVF! Thank you so much for your donations, it is so appreciated.
Jordan and Evan are givers. Jordan teaches 5th grade and Evan is a firefighter/paramedic. They love big! They want nothing more than a baby to love and complete their family. Unfortunately, after 3+ years of trying that dream has yet to come true. They have suffered a miscarriage, gone through eight medicated cycles, and 2 failed IUIs (intrauterine insemination). After extensive testing the doctors have diagnosed them with unexplained infertility, and the best course action is to try IVF (In vitro fertilization). While this is best course, it is expensive and not covered under their insurance. Between medications and procedures for three cycles the cost is over $45,000, with the potential of six cycles exceeding $55,000. The medication alone for each cycle is $4,500.
Asking others for help is not easy, especially when you are usually the first ones to step up to give it. If you are in a position to be able to support and help Jordan and Evan’s journey to become parents we would be forever grateful. Thank you!
