Help her become 'Special Agent Jordan Dodson FBI

My Daughter Jordan is 15 years old. As parents, we have always encouraged her to pursue her educational dreams. So we were pleased, last April, when she applied for a spot on FBI's Teen Training Academy.

She only just received her acceptance letter on June 30th and classes begin July 10th. That only gives us less than 2 weeks to get ready.

I wasn't prepared financially for the high cost of sending her and her mother to New York for a 10 day stay, transportation ($500), hotel ($3000), food ($500) and other expenses that would be required to make this opportunity happen.

I do not want to see the look of disappointment in her eyes if I tell her that we can't afford it.

I don't have an exact dollar amount together, but quick 'back of the envelope' calculation comes up with around $4000 that we need.
