Jordan Havens: Laying to Rest
Donation protected
Hi, I'm Brit. Last week my dear friends Chris Havens and Jackie Michael-Havens unexpectedly lost their 19 year-old son, Jordan.
Jordan was a source of light and laughter to everyone who got to spend time with him. He was passionate about animation and food and expressed his opinions of such without hesitation, often with a big smile.
Jordan suffered grand mal seizures for nearly ten years of his too-short life. Chris and Jackie poured so much love and attention and research into keeping him as well and happy as they could.
Ultimately, Jordan's life ended the morning of Friday, October 20, 2023.
Jackie shared how unfair she felt it was that Jordan's condition kept him from reaching certain milestones, like driving and going away to college. She also said there was so much light in his life: he loved being at home with his family, watching his dad cook and gathering together for movies. He had great things on his horizon too, like community college classes.
Jordan's family, which includes Jordan's grandmother, Mary, and his siblings, Zoey, Penny, Bryce, and Sydney, have a long road of grieving ahead of them.
Chris and Jackie would be so grateful for any financial support with a joyous life's end process for Jordan.
