Ace! Jordan Ortega’s Volleyball Fund

Hi! I go by many names: Nikki, Dominique, Leticia to name a few. But the most important by far has been Sister. Given that my little brother cannot set one up a GoFundme for himself, I am spearheading this for him. Jordan made the commitment to join a prestigious club volleyball team here in San Diego that travels extensively. He is hoping to hone his skills and pursue the sport seriously; potentially as a professional abroad later down the line. Right now, however, he needs help in raising money to get him to Orlando, Florida this summer (July 2023) for the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships. This is an amazing opportunity for him to not only play on a national level, but also get exposure for college since Jordan does plan to attend a 4-year after high school. My brother deserves a chance to play in this tournament, and as much as my mom and I would love to support this trip by ourselves, we cannot do it alone. So, we ask you—our friends and family— to, if possible, contribute to Jordan’s volleyball fund so he can make it to Nationals. Anything will do. Just know that we appreciate each and everyone of you more than we can ever tell you in words.

Jordan is amazing, and that’s not just because I have some sibling bias. He’s a better student than I ever was and is kind, hard-working, and dedicated. He deserves this opportunity ten-fold.
