Jordan's Mission to South Africa

Hi, Friends and Family!
This fall I will be going into my senior year of college, as well as entering my final season of collegiate volleyball. With college coming to an end, I want to make the most of the time I have left before attending grad school. This summer I have an AMAZING opportunity to serve the Lord – from July 23rd to August 6th, I will be going on a mission’s trip to the Cape Town Townships in South Africa! Over the course of many years, this country has struggled with its extensive drug culture, prostitution, violence, and abuse. Through the organization “Believers World Outreach,” our mission is to restore these communities by shedding the light and love of Jesus Christ among the people of South Africa.
As you can imagine, a trip like this requires financial support from a number of people – I need to raise $4,000 by June 30th. Having the financial support from all of you would mean the world to me, but most importantly, I also need your prayer support. Prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be successful as we follow God's leading in ministry in this country. It has never been so clear that God has given me the heart to serve those who need it most, and I can only pray that He will transform my heart over these next few months as I prepare for this life-changing journey.
