Jordan Rutledge-Forever our 6th Man
Donación protegida
We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of one our biggest fans, Jordan Rutledge (brother of senior, point guard, Jahvon Johnson and sister Seraya).
After our December 3 game at Clovis North, the brothers were at home watching late night TV as Jahvon worked on homework. It was during this time that Jordan stopped breathing. The emergency team who responded to the call was unable to revive Jordan who then passed away at age 22.
Mikki Johnson is a single mom and an inspiration to us all as she pours her life and heart into raising her amazing kids. The Clovis North Boys Basketball Family and the Community of Clovis North High School are raising money for ONGOING support for his mom and siblings who set an incredible example of what it means to love and encourage one another through good and bad times. Take a look at some of the things people are already saying about Jordan on social media:
– Jordan, you were an amazing person, you were much more than our forever 6th man. While your body may have been in bondage your spirit was always free.
– You always had a smile on your face and the cleanest shoe game I have ever seen. #sneakerhead (Definition: “A person who collects limited, rare, OG, or flat out exclusive kicks).
– Jordan, you made everyone’s day better that you came in contact with.
– I’ll never forget the friendship and impact you brought into my life. Love you bud.
– Your smile will be greatly missed.
– Jordan, you were one of the funniest and friendliest people that I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know.
– Jordan, you touched our hearts, our souls and made us laugh.
– Jordan was the biggest sports fan I’ve known! Go Raiders. Lakers. Central Valley Ghostriderz (founding member) And, of course - once a Bronco always a Bronco
– You blessed so many with your presence and you dazzled all your fellow athletes in the game of power soccer. Thank you for your heart, which inspired so many other players and athletes to push themselves and reach for their dreams. #flash
– Your mother did an amazing job raising you to be the young man you were and everyone loved.
– Praying for Mikki , Jahvon Seraya, and the entire family. Your son impacted our community and always had a smiling face.
Your gift of any amount will help Jordan’s family during this difficult time of grieving. Please “Like” and share this campaign with EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
