Jordan's Fundraiser for Locks of Love (Lol)
Tax deductible
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Locks of Love, Inc. (Lol), and any donation will help make an impact. Lol helps children suffering from hair loss due to reasons like alopecia or cancer treatment.
I began my holiday season by starting this fundraiser on Giving Tuesday and set my goal to $1,250 which is what it costs to sponsor a child. All money donated will go directly to Lol. You and I can help a kid going through a tough time due to hair loss.
Also, aside from sponsoring a child, I am going to go a little wild! Not only am I doing this fundraiser so we can sponsor a child but I am also going to cut my hair, which I've been growing for over 2 years, live on IG (@extrategic_culture).
On Christmas Eve, that special day,
we shouldn’t just receive!
To make someone feel okay
Instead, let’s love and give.
Let’s brighten someone’s holiday,
and help them have a better day!
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much!!
More information about Locks of Love, Inc. (Lol):
Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. We meet a unique need for children by using donated hair to create the highest quality hair prosthetics. Most of the children helped by Locks of Love have lost their hair due to a medical condition called alopecia areata, which has no known cause or cure. The prostheses we provide help to restore their self-esteem and their confidence, enabling them to face the world and their peers. Our mission is to return a sense of self, confidence, and normalcy to children suffering from hair loss by utilizing donated ponytails to provide the highest quality hair prosthetics to financially disadvantaged children. The children receive hair prostheses free of charge.
