Jordan's Journey To Beat Lyme - Cyprus Edition

Donation protected
My name is Peter Parker. I was bitten by a radioactive spider and for the last 11 years, I have been the one and only Spiderman! I’m sure some of you may know the rest of the story. I saved a bunch of people, fell in love, saved the city, saved the city again… and again and again… and here we are now.

Well... that would've been a lot of fun but unfortunately, my life didn't turn out like that. You see, my name is not Peter Parker and I'm not the one and only Spiderman. I wasn't bitten by a radioactive spider and I've also never saved a city.

My name is Jordan Clark and I was however bitten by a little parasitic arachnid called a Tick and whilst it did not give me special powers, it did give me something that would completely alter the trajectory of my life.

For the last 11 years, I have been dealing with a multitude of conditions that have stemmed from the tick bite (Lyme disease/complex) such as chronic fatigue, seizures, tremors, muscle & joint pain, infections, myocarditis, brain fog, memory issues, GIT disorders, and the list goes on. I also have a small adenoma on my pituitary gland which certainly isn’t helping things along.

After dedicating 7 years to my university degree, originally intended to be completed in 4, I am unable to finish. The physical demands of attending classes are too difficult, leading me to take a leave of absence. In addition to that, my ability to work to sustain a consistent income has been severely impacted to the point where I can only manage a few hours a week.

So, what am I doing next? After investing extensively, well into the hundreds of thousands of dollars, on medication and treatments that have gotten me somewhere, but also nowhere, my doctor and I have discussed my remaining options and the need to look overseas for treatment.

My doctor recommended the NeoMed clinic in Cyprus where she underwent treatment and has since referred her patients, all with favourable outcomes. The expected duration of stay would be up to 9 weeks and involve various therapies, with the primary focus being Ozone therapy.
For those interested in delving deeper, here is a review of Ozone therapy:

During my stay, treatment would be scheduled daily Monday through Friday, at an approximate cost of $3000AUD per week. Then factoring in flights, accommodation, car rental, and meals, the total expenses are estimated to be around $40,000AUD.

This journey comes with a hefty price tag, but the potential for profound healing and transformative change in my life makes it a necessary pursuit. I have connected with individuals who share similar conditions to mine and have undergone successful treatment at NeoMed. Their stories and experiences fill me with great hope, knowing that I am on the path to achieving similar positive outcomes.

I can't manage this alone. Just as I wouldn't have made it this far in life without the unwavering support of my family and friends, I also can’t undertake this crucial journey without you all. Due to my inability to work properly, I don't have the necessary funds required to travel for treatment. So, if you are able to make any donation, great or small, it will enable me to take important steps closer to better health.

Though this journey has been exhausting, frustrating, humiliating, and crippling at times, I am still optimistic about the potential for this next phase of treatment to have life-altering results.

With much love & gratitude,
Jordan
