Jordon's Recovery Fund
Donation protected
On Tuesday, January 24, the trajectory of Jordon Blanck's life was forever changed.
While working on a standard service call in Cleveland's Hough neighborhood (a neighborhood often broken apart by gang activity, crime, and difficult living conditions) Jordon was shot. Out of the ten rounds fired, four hit his body, leaving six wounds.
Jordon was in critical condition and rushed to emergency surgery where the surgeons quickly assessed the extent of his injuries. The news that no major organs, or arteries were hit allowed everyone to start breathing again. We give all glory, and thanksgiving to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords for miracoulously sparing his life!
There are no words to describe how much everyone's prayers and encouraging words have meant. We believe in a God who not only hears our prayers, but answers them!
Your continued prayer is the greatest gift given, as we know the most thourough healing is Jehovah Rapha.
Jordon was hit once in the hand, twice in the side, and once in the upper leg. The Doctors predict that his body will heal, but there is no way of knowing the lasting impact this will have on his body.
In response to the flood and outpouring of love, and desire to help Jordon in any way possible his family created this account.
Any money given to "Jordon's Recovery Fund" will be used in the following:
1. Prepare Jordon's home with the equipment and supplies urgently needed before he is released and arrives back to his house. This includes: Recliner Chair, multiple waterproof protective covers, sheets and pillows, socks, gym shorts, plain t-shirts, safety bar & non-slip mat for bathtub, etc..
2. Ensuring bills are covered for the next few months.
3. Other needed incidentals
Immediate help is needed. There is no way to know right now all that is needed to help ensure Jordon is taken care of in the next months and year. Any donations and gifts will ensure Jordons' care and support for the forseeable future.
