JORDYN NOELLE’S GENDER CONFIRMATION FUND
Hello All!
Jordyn is a BTW (Black Trans Woman). She is also my close friend, sister, and an extremely beloved figure of the Chicago community and beyond.
Her influence on her peers is indisputable— She uplifts all she encounters in the community with humor, warmth, and the spirit of generosity.
Unfortunately, there are people in this world that will never bask in Jordyn’s light and have even tried to diminish it with transphobic violence and verbal harassment from her very own family and strangers.
Without having undergone gender affirming surgeries, leaving the house for a BTW is often times a matter of life or death. The fear of being “outed” or attacked by people is a constant and statistically probable danger. I hope to unburden her of fear with the strength of a collective of others kind enough to help.
During these unprecedented times, I think that now more than ever is the perfect opportunity to bestow Jordyn with the same warmth and generosity she bestows to us.
By donating whatever you can to this grassroots gofundme, you are not only ensuring the survival of a dear friend in the present, you are also securing her dreams to lead a more fulfilling and comfortable life in the future.
Thank You ❤️

I organized this gofundme discovering how out of reach gender confirmation surgery truly can be for the average person. Not only are the procedures not covered by insurance, they also require weeks or recovery time.
Saving these insurmountable sums of money for the surgical procedures, recovery time, and sustaining oneself outside of work is extremely difficult for anyone.
Nothing is worse than seeing someone you love struggle to meet their own personal needs not through lack of trying, but symptomatically as a result of a systemically racist society.
I made this gofundme and decided to ask for help after years of deliberation. All proceeds will be donated directly to Jordyn’s
