Jordy's European Netball Journey

Jordan Parsons is a 17 year old from Newcastle with the world at her feet and an amazing opportunity knocking at her door. Jordan has been offered the incredible opportunity of joining the Wanderers International Netball Touring Squad and travel the UK and France in January 2023. About to sit her HSC, Jordan is the current South’s under 23’s Netball Captain and has played in both the Newcastle and Charlestown Representative and Regional Representative teams at the Hunter Academy of Sports. Being selected for this squad is a huge achievement and gives Jordan a once in a lifetime chance to play against amazing international teams, receive high level coaching, meet like-minded young people and see the world at the same time.

 

Its been a tough few years for the Parsons family, and this trip will cost $6500 which is no small feat. This cost includes airfares, accommodation, and travel expenses.

We want nothing more than to see Jordan reach her full potential and get to experience this once in a life-time opportunity of joining the Wanderers Australia junior touring squad, but for her to do this we need your help. We’re asking for any donation, small or large to help send Jordan off with the Wanderers.
