Hi, my name is Victoria and I’m fundraising money for my friend Angela Barroso and her 2 daughters Lizeth and Luisa who recently lost their husband and father, Jorge Andres Cantor Pinzon.

On Monday, March 11, 2024, Jorge Andres Cantor Pinzon tragically lost his life to senseless gun violence. Jorge was sitting on the bus when a stray bullet was fired on the street, struck him, leaving his family and friends devastated by this unfathomable loss.

Jorge life was cut short in a tragic and unexpected manner. His family, is now faced with the unbearable grief of his absence while also grappling with the financial burden of arranging his funeral. They are unfortunately unable to afford the expenses associated with honoring Jorge’s memory and their goal is to send Jorge’s body back to his home country of Colombia to rest in peace with his parents.
