Jorge Estrada's Funeral & Memorial Expenses

Donation protected
Jorge Estrada was a son, brother, husband and most importantly, a father. He was taken from his five children far too soon. He was a great father to each and every one of them. Some were more fortunate to have shared more time and memories with him, while the others were only just beginning to know him.  He was one of those fathers and husbands who when you mentioned you were craving something, he would immediately go out to the store to get the things need to make your favorite dish.. He would even take advantage of the situation and call all his brothers and family over to share with. His presence was one that never went unnoticed. He effortlessly made many of us laugh with his jokes and silly behavior.

In the month of November his health suddenly began to decline and was in and out of the hospital for the last 2 months.. each and every time leaving with no answer and feeling the same as he did going in. Unfortunately, during one of those visits he was infected with COVID-19 and both hospitals in our valley eventually turned him down because they simply could not do anything for him anymore. Christmas day was the last time he walked into the hospital.. at that time we did not know that would be the last time we would see him conscious. His organs began to fail and had to be hooked up to numerous tubes. He fought until he no longer could and chose to rest.

We understand that these are difficult times for many families during these unprecedented times. Any money raised will go towards hospital bills, funeral expenses, living expenses and any unanticipated expenses as Rosa takes time off work to mourn her loss. Our family is very grateful for all your support. Thank you.

Muchas gracias.
