José Ruiz family fund

My parents have always had an open door and open hearts. We had dad's employees, family, friends, exchange students and students, including a teenager who became a permanent part of our family.  

They eventually "adopted" 2 families, José & his wife and another couple.  I worked with José & his wife; they had a son and when he was 6 weeks old, I began babysitting him.  When I moved to Florida, my parents took over babysitting Jose's son. That's how they were absorbed into our family.  

José is my brother and my kids' uncle.  

Sunday, May 15, José was found dead. His wife and children are devastated by this sudden loss, as are the rest of our families.

Through José and his wife's hard work, their kids have been blessed to go to private schools. Their son is graduating from high school in 2 weeks.  We want to ensure that the kids can continue to live in the same environment, as they adjust to the death of José.

This fund will help cover funeral costs and unexpected expenses. If you are unable to help monetarily, we are more than happy to have your prayers.
