Jose Adrian Castillo Gonzalez Memorial Fund

Hey all, my name is Marcus Hernandez, family friend and General Manager of Deep Ellum Brewing Co. where Jose has worked for the past 2 years.

Today, his immediate family and work-family are deeply saddened by the news of Jose's passing this morning in a tragic car accident and are asking mainly for prayers and support through this tough time.

Jose lived with his mother who he loved and cared for fiercely. We are creating this memorial fund to help her with funeral expenses as well as extra support and living expenses to assist in this time of need.

In the 5 years I have known him he showed exceptional character and was well loved in the service industry. He had so much potential, was always determined to be the best, and it was a pleasure watching him grow.

Jose has reunited with his brother Angel Davila. Jose is survived by his mother, Maria Idalia Gonzales, brothers, Eduardo Cisneros Gonzalez and Oscar Cisneros Gonzalez, step-father, Armando Lopez.

His family and friends all miss him greatly. We will be holding a benefit at Deep Ellum Brewing Co. soon on his behalf. Details to follow.
