Jose L. "Joe" Gonzales Honoring Our Beloved Dad

Hello, my name is Luis Gonzales the eldest of his three children.

"Dear friends and family,

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of my father’s passing. He was a man of great character, who dedicated his life to serving his country and community.

My father served in Vietnam for the Marine Corps and was a proud veteran. He also worked for 18 years in public transportation, where he touched the lives of countless people. He loved his daily walks with his two dogs Buddy and Sticky.

He was a generous, kindhearted, loving soul who loved family gatherings around the table. Well known for his beautiful smile and his hearty laughter.

In honor of his memory, we are raising funds to support the remaining funeral expenses. Any monies left after funeral expenses have been paid, will go directly to Brenda Suoja, his life long partner of 27 years.

On behalf of the Gonzales Family, we would like to thank everyone that has offered their love and prayers as we embark this incredible journey of grief.
