Dear Family and Friends,

Hi, my name is David Armenta, nephew of Jose Luis Armenta. I have been tasked with creating a GoFund account for my uncle, and it is with great honor to do so.

I am writing to you today to let you know about the recent passing of Jose Luis Armenta. We are devastated by my uncle's unexpected passing, and we would appreciate any donation right now.

For the past few months, my uncle has been battling an aggressive form of cancer. Unfortunately, no medicine or treatment was able to remedy it. My uncle is no longer with us, but he is in a better place now. Our family is hurting now. Jose Luis Armenta, aka "Tio Pepe" was a great husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, neighbor, and a great friend to many.

It hurts us more knowing a good man is no longer with us.
