Jose Neco Torres Memorial fund

It is with heavy hearts and in disbelief that we share that on 04/11/20 our father, Jose Torres aka Neco was welcomed into the kingdom of God.  We have been staring at the screen of our computer trying to find the words to explain how amazing this man we called DAD was.  Simple words cannot explain our father as he was literally an angel on earth. He was the perfect definition of an amazing husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend to many. He always made sure to let us know the importance of family with the constant reminder that family is everything. From the many lessons he taught to the laughter we shared it's hard not to feel his presence while writing this. His mission in life was to have a united family. Dad you were successful! There is not one thing on this earth that doesn't remind us of you. From your contagious laughter to your love for movies and music, you will live on forever. Thank you for being the best father in the world  and thank you for showing us that we can do anything.  You weren't just dad, you were a superdad, you always welcomed people with open arms and made them feel like home. We are blessed to have shared our lives with you. If we were a quarter of the man you were, we would be happy. Thank you for loving our mother unconditionally. We will miss your talks and lessons, the nights we would listen to salsa music and you would tell us stories about your childhood. Growing up every kid would talk about their favorite superhero. While many spoke about Superman, and Batman, we always spoke about our superdad. We were blessed to have a living breathing superhero.We will carry your legacy and step up to the plate. No one will ever forget the name Jose "Neco" Torres, we will forever carry you in our hearts.
