Help Lay to rest our angel Josefina

Josefina Ruiz was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer last year and has been fighting the biggest battle of her life ever since. Recently after multiple rounds of chemo therapy her Dr's informed her and her family that the cancer is rapidly spreading thru her body and the continuing chemo may help extend her life but there is not much more that they can do for her. Her Dr's also informed her at this time that with continued chemo therapy they are estimating that she will have 3 to 6 months left to share her life here with family and friends.

While we would all like to make the remainder of Josefina's time here as memorable as possible we asked if she could have one wish what would it be and her simple wish is to marry her best friend, her soulmate her love Luis Montejano. With the help of family, friends and Paying It Forward Wishes & Heroes we ask anyone who may be able to help make her special wish come true to help to make it a reality in anyway possible.

Josefina goes in for her next round of chemo therapy in 3 weeks time, we are doing all that we can to help give them a wedding before this time. As all the families funds are being used towards her treatment and care there are no funds available for the wedding so we are reaching out to our community our friends in hopes that you can find it in your hearts to help make this special wish come true.

We have a wedding date of Saturday, October,8th,2016 set for them.  Their colors are navy blue, purple and creme. The wedding will be held in the families back yard in South Chicago.
