Joseph E. Slowick Memorial Fund

Joseph Slowick was a loving husband and father, who succumbed to his battle with cancer on April 19th 2020. He leaves behind a his wife Geraldine, his daughter Laura and his three grandchildren. Joe taught biology to 3 generations of high school students in his home town. He was an educator for 20 years at the Sturbridge Historical Village and served on his town's planning board for 30 years. This account is being set up to honor and celebrate Joe's life and the lives of whom he touched during his time with us. The first $1,000 of the  proceeds will be used to fund a Science scholarship for students of the High school where Joe taught. The balance of funds will be used to defray the cost of burial. Any remaining funds will also then be applied to the scholarship.
