Joseph Marez

On Aug 12 around 11:30 pm my son Joseph Marez was in a horrific car accident. A man ran a red light at an intersection as they were crossing though. He was driving at a high rate of speed and t- boned the car Joseph was in.

Joseph sustained multiple serious injuries that include a broken neck with his c-3 vertebrae fractured, his right arm broken in two places, his pelvis was broken, multiple broken ribs, a punctured lung and a fractured leg. He suffered many smaller injuries as well.

So far he has under gone surgery to fuse his vertebrae, repair his arm and piece his hip back together and has other procedures already scheduled.

Because of these injuries he has been fighting for his life. His body is broken and he will need rehabilitation for months if not years to recover. He will never be the same. He has a 9 year old son and a home to support. My son is a combat veteran who has served his country. We are reaching out and asking for help on his behalf.
