Joseph Rodriguez Medical Expenses

Update: For now, the surgery is postponed. The neurologist wanted him to take the medication route in hopes it shrinks the tumor and helps with his hormone, cortisone, and thyroid levels. There is a 70% success rate. If in a month the tumor hasn’t began to shrink then surgery is the last resort. While that is some brighter news, insurance coverage is still in the air. All the donations are extremely helpful when it comes to handling the hospital bills and medications. Thank you again. ❤️
Oh behalf of his mother, Debbie...
My 29 year old son, Joseph Rodriguez recently found out why his vision has been progressively getting worse (over the last 8-mo), but without any insurance and and not until after his peripheral vision was gone did he get his eyes checked (3-ish weeks ago). Since then and after an MRI reading by a Neurologist this week, was he told that he has a brain tumor on his optic nerve. It’s big and is pressing on his main artery and the potential for going blind is high. Things are moving fast and need to navigate getting him signed up for medical insurance - (so far, we are hitting walls)
This morning, they will be taking him into surgery as soon as the room is up and a team is here. He is in great hands!
Please surround him, his medical team, wife, and two (2) precious daughters in prayer. Thank you.
