Joseph Wangombe hospital bill

Hi, my name is Grace and I'm fundraising for my brother Joseph's hospital bill. Joseph Wangombe is firstborn son to Bishop Peter Wangombe, a brother to Grace Mwangi or GracewaYesu, Paul Maina Mwangi of GOA Nairobi, and John Kinyua Mwangi of Qatar. Joseph was taken ill on Dec 23rd and rushed in ambulance to Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi where he was diagnosed with a brain clot that is hoped to clear in 4-6 weeks. He hasbeen trated for pneumonia and blood infection - sepsis - while there. About a week ago his kidney failed and he is now undergoing dialysis. Joseph seems to be making some progress though he is still in the private wing ICU, as the family awaits a more affordable ICU bed in the public wing.

Unfortunately with each passing day the bill has continued to soar. Ksh 20,000 is the daily fee for his bed. With doctors fees, oxygen and other care the fee is at 150,000 per day. As of January 7, 2023 the bill was at 1.5 million Kenya Shillings that's 12,000 US dollars and Joseph is still in the ICU.

We are thus looking to raise at least 1.5 million Ksh to help cover hospital bills and alleviate some of the burden from the family members.
