Isaiah 26:4(NASB): “Trust in the Lord forever, For in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock.”
Dear Friends and Supporters,
We, Octavio and Ceila are reaching out to you with a heavy heart to ask for your support for our courageous little boy Joseph. At just 4 years old, Joseph has been bravely facing an incredibly challenging journey.
Joseph is a remarkable boy—kind, funny, and incredibly smart. He dreams of becoming a Paleontologist one day, inspired by his love for dinosaurs and exploration. Joseph’s sisters, Alexa and Emma, and his best friends Caleb and Charlee, bring immense joy to his life, and he cherishes every moment spent with them.
After experiencing intermittent illness for some time, Joseph's condition took a turn for the worse, leading him to the Emergency Room on Saturday, July 27th. Unbeknownst to him, this visit would mark the beginning of a weeks-long hospital stay that would profoundly alter his life and that of his devoted family. Doctors revealed the presence of a malignant tumor in Joseph's brain—a grade 4 medulloblastoma—that required immediate surgical removal to prevent further damage and debilitating symptoms.
Joseph underwent a 15-hour long Craniotomy to remove the tumor. However, Joseph now faces a demanding course of chemotherapy to fight this battle and, God willing, eradicate any remaining tumor left inside.
As his parents, we are determined to be by his side every step of the way, but the mounting medical bills and associated expenses are a significant strain. We are setting up this GoFundMe page to help alleviate the financial burden and ensure that we can remain focused on what truly matters—providing love and support to our young son during this critical time.
Your generous donations will go directly to Joseph’s care and will help cover medical expenses not fully covered by insurance, costs for ongoing treatments, hospital stays and other essential day-to-day expenses.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. Your kindness and support will help us stay together as much as possible and provide the care and comfort Joseph needs to fight this illness.
Thank you, and may God bless Joseph and all those helping us fight this battle.
