Hi! My name is Elaine. I'm fundraising for Josey, we adopted Josey approximately 3 to 4 months old, she is now 9 months old, last month Josey started limping, so we took her to our Veterinary and had x-rays done.

Why I'm fundraising

She was diagnosed with Patella Luxation, basically her kneecap will not stay in place. She has to have surgery on both back legs. We are focusing one leg at a time.

The impact of your support

The funds will help her receive the necessary surgery in order for her to have a normal life of living without pain. Unfortunately, she will have to be limited to leash walking and unable to play with her sister Abby, she is missing out on so much of her puppyhood. Her surgery is scheduled for March 19, 2024 as she has to be over a year old before it can be done. These funds will help us help her.
