Josh & Brayden Sudden Rehoming

In October 2022, Brayden and I moved into a new home after our previous lease expired. From the start, we had a lot of mechanical and maintenance issues. In addition, Brayden began getting sick almost immediately. Hes remained sick off and on since then, and has gone through multiple rounds of antibiotics and steroids trying to make him better. A lingering cough has continued since then as well.

Today, he went to the allergy doctor and it was determined he had a severe mold allergy. We were advised to move out of the house ASAP by the doctor and given a medicine for Brayden to take every night until we are out of the house, that will protect his lungs in the meantime.

I gave a two week notice to our landlord today and requested our deposit back. While I know this is going to be a fight that may ultimately land us in court, we need help getting moved into a suitable place!

It's going to take at least $4,000 for us to be able to pack and move by the time we add in rent, deposit, and utilities. I just don't have those funds being a single dad and am asking for your help to make it possible ASAP. We have less than two weeks to come up with these funds to make a move happen before we are officially out of our current house.
