Josh Hill & Family Road to Recovery!

Donation protected
One of my best friends, Josh Hill, was recently and suddenly struck by symptoms of a severe and cancerous brain tumor.

On July 6th, 2022, Josh had severe confusion and memory issues. This would be a shock to many who know him; he usually has the memory of an elephant and is quick to pull details from a situation several years prior.

Josh was taken to a local hospital and immediately redirected to Vanderbilt Medical Center, where they needed to do emergency surgery to relieve pressure on his brain. He was in the critical care unit for nearly a week until he could be off a ventilator and show enough improvement to go home.

Before this incident, Josh worked hard to provide for his family and spent most of his free time with his dear family; his wife Melissa (their 10-year anniversary coming up), his daughter Lilly (just turned 7 years old the day her Dad got to come home from the hospital), and his son Levi (just over 3 years old).

Josh is a Christian and loves Jesus. He loves his family dearly. He loves playing fantasy football with his friends (usually winning championships!), playing poker with friends, golf with friends, and any time spent with friends. He is one of the proudest husbands and fathers I've ever met. I feel blessed to be able to call him a friend and consider him a brother.

Josh is STRONG! He will undoubtedly make a full recovery! I look forward to that time, as I know many of you do. God will be with Josh each step on this challenging journey.

In the meantime, his family has to do their best with medical bills, household bills, and juggling raising two incredible young children. Josh will be unable to work for many months, if not longer. In addition, Josh will need extensive and regular treatment for months to come to beat this. That means traveling to doctor offices, child care, meals, and basic daily necessities five days a week (potentially more).

If at all possible, please consider donating what you can to help Josh, Melissa, Lilly, and Levi. Every little bit helps. If you are unable to help financially, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you so much, and God bless!
