Josh Lanier

The family of Josh Lanier is needing help with funeral expenses for Josh and travel costs for his mom Laura who is currently in Nebraska.

Around Christmas 2023 Josh wasn't feeling well with what they thought was just a cold. On 12/26/2023 his mom had to call for an ambulance because Josh became really sick and need to be seen. The hospital in Ogallala, NE wasn't able to care for Josh in his condition. So they brought him by ambulance from NE to NCMC in Greeley, Co. Josh ended up having pneumonia really bad, and was in the hospital for about 4 weeks. He wasn't getting better and his organs began to fail him. On 1/23/24 his mom and brother Travis had to make the difficult decision to remove Josh from life support. All proceeds will go towards cremation and getting an urn for Josh. Also travel costs to help Laura get to Colorado and back home.

Josh was an awesome person if you had the joy of meeting him. He was always helping people in any way he could. He loved fishing, hunting, and tinkering on things like his mom's truck, his riding lawn mower, and R/C cars. He love to be outdoors. He loved birds especially parrots because he could talk smack to them and they would respond back to him. He was an amazing person and loved spending time with his family, and sending them funny tiktok videos. He will be greatly missed.
