Josh Lee Welker

Our family has suffered the tragic loss of our father Josh. He chose to end his own life rather than pass the financial burden of cancer treatment on to those he loved. Many will remember him from his volunteer work at the disc golf courses around Puget Sound. You can throw a disc in Joshes honor at his personally dedicated hole at SeaTac disc golf hole 8.

Josh was a dependable, strong partner and father. He counted many of the people around him as chosen family, never hesitating to put their and our needs above his own. Sometimes all he had to give was a crass joke, but it was always appreciated by whoever was lucky enough to hear him tell it.

Our Dad was a very hardworking man, but like so many others could not provide us with the funds for his own funeral. We kindly ask that you donate whatever you can, even the smallest amounts, to enable us to give the character he was the rest he earned. Any additional funds raised above our goal will go directly to our family.
