Josh Stephens Funeral Expenses & Headstone

Hi my name is Kaylee Elliott, I am Josh's little sister. Josh passed away in his home unexpectedly on Thanksgiving morning. He has battled with epilepsy for 11 long years and had a seizure while he was home alone that he just couldn't recover from. He is leaving behind 4 young children, ages 8, 7, 6 and 5. He didn't have life insurance but we knew we had to make it a beautiful service for his babies to say goodbye and remember him. I'm starting this fundraiser to raise money to pay his funeral expenses off and hopefully order him the beautiful headstone he deserves.

Let me tell you a little bit about my brother. First and foremost his children were his whole entire world. He strived to give them everything he could. Always planning little day trips and new experiences with the kids. He always said his kids were his legacy and that they are. He has always been an extremely hard worker. He earned his Masters in business online while still working full time and making time to be an amazing father. He just started his own body care business back in April of this year. He would not let his epilepsy get in the way of anything or hinder his life in anyway. You never once heard him complain. I've always looked up to him for this. You would always see him with his big smile. He was a people person and never knew a stranger. He always knew how to have fun and he was the biggest kid in the room. If I needed to get away I could just go over to my big brothers anytime of night, no questions asked.

His passing has left a huge hole in our lives and in all of our hearts and we are just trying to navigate through the holidays and life without him and getting all of his affairs in order.
