Josh the Jardines - He needs help from the vet :(

Hey, my name is Oliver, Josh is with me in England but I'm struggling to pay for treatment as it is so expensive, I have no idea where else to ask and my fiance has suggested I create a GoFundMe for him, I love Josh more than anything. I feel like we've both relied on each other from a very young age so I just want to try to do the best for him

I've had Josh for 12 years, ever since I was just 10 and he was 2, we've had an amazing bond ever since he's been in our family. His breathing has been concerning me for months now, I had him treated with noroclav and loxicom which was prescribed to him as the vet said he had an infection and he still isn't better, hes still getting worse, I can't afford anything more as I've been out of work for 8 months now. I spent half of my monthly income on his consultation and medication because I don't want him to suffer, but they haven't worked, I don't want Josh to die, he's my baby.

I just cant afford to do it again, I think he needs an x-ray and I am already struggling to provide for myself to make sure he stays well, I feed him 100% nutrition P15 pellets, he loves carrots and mash potato, I try to get him a bell of seeds each month, which he devours in less than 3 days

I'm not sure how much will be needed for treatment and so I've set a goal for £1500 to get started on his medical fees, I know the consultation cost about £60-70 and both courses of medication were £30.80 each, I believe an x-ray would cost £250 or even more, and if treatment is needed, it could be well over the £1500 goal I've set, I've been denied insurance as he has had medical issues in the last 3 months, if anyone is able to help I would be so grateful, I love this bird more than I love anything, all the money will be spent on his medical needs and getting him the treatment he needs

I've contacted every charity and organisation I can, all have been unable to help, I'm always happy to give more details, I want nothing but the best for him
