Josh's Road to Recovery
Towards the beginning of the new year, Josh became very ill and was later diagnosed with brain cancer (formally known as Grade 4 Glioblastoma). Unfortunately for Josh, this rare tumor was found on his spine making it very difficult to treat. He is currently undergoing standard chemotherapy and radiation treatments and has a very long and expensive road ahead of him. While Josh is one of the most optimistic and positive people in this world, he cannot do this alone. He needs the support and generosity of his friends, family and anyone else who knows how tough this battle will be. We have set up this Go Fund Me Page so that you can do your part in helping him win this battle. Please take the time to make a donation towards Josh's Road to Recovery. Any amount will help.
Josh Ward has been a part of our family here at World Cup Gymnastics since 2013. At the young age of 23, he has become an amazing coach and role model for the children in our community. Josh began his journey here coaching children in our recreational program where his drive and passion led him to pursue a position coaching our girls' competitive team. He has been a highly valued asset to our coaching staff and athletes and has positively impacted the lives of everyone around him.
It is people like you that make extraordinary things happen. With your help, Josh can walk away from the hospital and back to his home at World Cup Gymnastics. He holds a very special place in the hearts of his students. They love him dearly and await patiently for his return. Thank you.
Very Sincerely,
The Staff here at World Cup Gymnastics
