Joshua Arthur Kerby's Open Heart Surgery

Joshua Arthur Kerby is only 16 years old.  He was life flighted from Riverton Hospital to Primary Children's Hospital.    Joshua was septic and ended up having a stroke from a blot clot on the left side of his brain.  After doing tests another blood clot was found in his heart along with a bacterial infection.   He is now waiting for open heart surgery for a valve replacement.   

Joshua is an amazing kid. He loves to work out and is very strong. He looks super tough on the outside, but on the inside he is the sweetest most loving kid you can imagine. He’s amazing with kids and has the sweetest heart. He was born with aortic stenosis and has been in and out of the hospital all his life. He is the kid that has taught everyone the most about being grateful.
