Joshua has helped so many but now needs our help.
Donation protected
Joshua Chiamba was forced to flee his home in Belo, Cameroon and leave his beloved Rural Development Centre Association (RUDEC) a Cameroonian Not-for-Profit Organization behind and is now in a refugee camp in Nigeria.
Joshua has spent his life helping others through his work with RUDEC and now needs our help to obtain basics and start to rebuild his life.
I have known Joshua for over 10 years (through www.sustainablevision.org) and in this time, he has supported so many children and adults with his projects, I would live to be able to help him raise some much-needed money to help him to make a new start in a strange land.
Joshua is facing challenges in obtaining food, clothing, and household equipment such as a mattress, cooking utensils and cooking gas. The UNHCR was providing basics but the population in the camps is growing and all that is available now is accommodation.
I am trying to raise £1000 to help Joshua, if we are able to raise more Joshua intends to purchase some solar panels, chargers and battery banks to help others and to also help to generate a small income within the camp.
If you are able to donate just £1 it would make a difference, I will continue to fundraise and put money aside where possible to help Joshua also.
If you want to read up on Joshua's previous work with RUDEC I have included links
I will also work with Joshua to try to put together a way to donate directly to him and to contact him directly.
Best wishes
