Joshua Phillip Royce
Donation protected
Joshua was in a motorcycle accident on his way home from work Thursday May 2nd. We believe that he hit some gravel on the road way and lost control. He did have his helmet on. He fought hard but ultimately he could not overcome the internal injuries he sustained from the crash. He passed away in the early morning hours of Friday May 3rd. There is no doubt in my mind that he has beautiful soul has gone on to be with the Lord up above. Joshua was 32 years of age at the time of his passing.
He was the only income in his family of 3. He leaves behind his daughter Addison Faith Royce (age 7) and significant other (of 7 years) Charlotte Wilson. He has worked outside in the elements for the past 10 years or so doing landscape and lawn care to earn a living for them 3 of them.
Unfortunately, he didn't have any burial or life insurance. We often times let the chaos of life "drive" and we forget to have hard discussions, make plans, and set aside funds for these unfortunate times. Take this as a reminder that we never know when our time is up. Make time to have these hard discussions & make plans for this. Our family is asking for any help to go towards the expenses coming up.
His soul has gone on to be with the Lord but his body will go through the cremation process. We will honor him by having a memorial service. We will purchase a plot so we can lay some of his ashes to rest so others can come visit him anytime. We will need to also purchase a headstone for that plot.
We will post details on the memorial service soon as we are still finalizing plans.
Please keep us all in your prayers. We are mourning the loss of a son, grandson, father, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle, etc.
Rest in Love and Peace, forever
