Joshua’s Wish

Joshua is an amazing 11 year old who has recently been diagnosed with

rhabdomyosarcoma.

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare soft tissue cancer, Which affects 55 children In the uk each year.

Joshua has been diagnosed currently at standard risk to this disease, while still under going further genetic testing to see if there is any high risk element.

On a positive side the cancer has not spread so far & he has been smashing his 9 rounds of chemotherapy out the park week after week, with his strength & determination to over come this chapter he’s in.

Joshua takes everything in his stride like most kids, but this young man just adds that extra energy to everything he does, he is currently on his 3rd round of chemotherapy where his specialists are really pleased with his progress.

Joshua’s strength comes from his family, you can clearly see how much drive & passion they have to over come this set back as a family to regain normal life. Which is why we have set up this go fund me page to see if we can raise enough money to be able to give Joshua & his family an amazing experience at the end of his treatment.

Joshua’s dream is to be able to take his family to Disneyworld Florida on a trip of a life time. To be able to spend time with his family in unisolated environments, doing things that kids his age should be doing along with his younger brothers which would be amazing but to show just how selfless & incredible this young man is he is also wanting to raise as much money as he can to the wards & nurses who are currently looking after him at Birmingham Children’s Hospital & Coventry Walsgrave.
