On October 25, 2023 a tragic event took place in our beautiful state of Maine. Taking many lives, including Joshua Seal.

Josh was 36 years old and had a lifetime ahead of him. But his life was taken way too soon by a selfish act.

Josh was an amazing father of four beautiful children , a husband , a son , a brother, and friend to anyone who had the pleasure of meeting him . Josh was a gentle soul who was the best listener, and best man you could ever meet. He made everyone he met so comfortable with his patience and kind heart. “I’d say he was the most selfless person you would ever meet.” says his Mom Michele. He always put his family and friends before himself along with his deaf community. Which was very important to Josh. He was successful in his trade as an interpreter and was so proud to be The Director of Pine Tree Services. Which he loved so very much and thought of them all as family.

Josh leaves behind his best friend/ wife Elizabeth and their four children ages 12 – 9–7 & 3. He was the sole provider for his beautiful family. Leaving behind his wife, Liz to care and provide for their children. In a time when Liz needs to be there for her children and learn to live life without her best friend/husband. She is also left with the the financial responsibility of caring for their home needs, mortgage, and all financial aspects.

Josh wouldn’t have wanted that. He always wanted the best for his wife and children. They were his everything!

So as a Community, we need to pull together and make that happen for him.

Let’s help lessen that burden just as Josh would do for any of us in our time of need.

So, please find it in your hearts to donate what you can to Liz and their children and let them start to grieve and try to come to terms with this horrible nightmare they are facing.

All proceeds will be for Liz and the children as they try to move forward without Josh.
