Joshua Shields Surgery Fund

Hello all! My brother-in-law, Joshua Shields, needs your help. He is a good man doing good work in Honduras, and very recently had to undergo emergency surgery. He is in a great deal of pain now, but is in recovery. However, not only will he have to miss work while he recovers, but the surgery itself costs $20,000. We would really appreciate any help any of you out there might be willing to extend towards helping him cover this cost. 

Anybody that knows Josh knows that he loves to help others. It's what led him to go to Honduras in the first place. Please, let's take a moment to help Joshua.
