On Sunday, August 13, 2023, another black man was gunned down by a suspect who is now on the run, leaving his family with unanswered questions. Joshua Tarnue was an eighteen-year-old black man who has become a victim of gun violence.

An always-smiling, down-to-earth, and easy-going young man. These are the few words that can describe Joshua Tarnue. "JT" as he was affectionately called by his peers moved to Canada in 2019 with his father Gabriel Tarnue for a better life.

Funds are being raised to aid the family with funeral expenses.
