Josiah get a car after his accident

I had a pretty rough month and attempted to commit suicide by driving my car into a semi. This was my own fault for destroying my car however I have a family to feed and I need to be able to get to school and work so my family doesn't suffer from the consequences of my actions. I'm not expecting to raise much if anything but it can't hurt to ask if anyone is willing to help me get back on top of my life.
