We are heartbroken to share that Josiah Willems passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 21st, at just 32 years old. Josiah leaves behind his beloved children, Alexander (4) and Sophia (3), who were the light of his life.

Josiah was the epitome of a devoted father, always putting his children first. He cherished every moment with Alexander and Sophia, and his love for them knew no bounds. His dream was to provide them with a bright future, filled with opportunities and happiness.

Known for his kind and gentle nature, Josiah was a true "gentle giant." He had an infectious laugh and smile that could brighten anyone's day. Always willing to lend a hand, he was the person you could count on in times of need.

Josiah was also taking significant steps to improve his life and create a better future for his children. He was enrolled to start an electrician program at Georgian College this September. His determination to better himself and provide for Alexander and Sophia was truly inspiring.

Alexander was diagnosed with autism, and under Josiah's unwavering support, he has been flourishing. Josiah's dedication to Alexander's growth and well-being was remarkable and made a profound difference in his son's life.
