Hi, we’re a locally owned liquor store here in Venice Florida. About 48 years ago we were blessed by the presence of this loving but stern Italian woman Josie.

Josie Sardinas a loving, hard working, mother of three, has been with us here for over 48 years! She’s facing something no one would wish upon any mother. Her son Cristopher has fallen very ill and Josie who celebrated her 80th birthday not too long ago has taken time off she can’t afford to give her son the 24hr care he needs because the insurance company will only cover a minuscule percentage of his care.

Josie is that one in a million person you meet who just genuinely cares about people, would give you the shirt off her back, and bring you some of her amazing home cooked lasagna if you were down or if she just thought you needed a home cooked meal. It seems there are less and less Josie’s now a days and we want to do everything we can to help her in this situation. Josie being a proud Italian woman isn’t one to ask for help so we are asking for her. All contributions are highly appreciated and will go directly to helping her manage during this challenging time.
