Joy children’s home, an orphanage in Kenya

Hello, my name is Hanna. On 6/8/23, l will be doing a 5K run at Colwick Park, Nottingham to raise funds to support Joy children’s home.

This is an orphanage located in Kenya (Ruiru, Kiambu county).

It was founded in 2004 and has grown to be home to 40 orphaned or abandoned children. The number continues to increase on a monthly basis as more and more babies are taken into the orphanage.

These lovely children live and go to school in the same compound and are therefore in need of food supplies, clothing, beds, toys, classrooms, a library and books.

I will appreciate any financial donations that you give.

And if you happen to go to Kenya, please pay a visit to the orphanage, you will love the children and their staff who are very welcoming.
