Joyce Adams

This is a story that I thought I would never have to share.  But it seems that at this point God has a different plan than we were hoping for.  But as we all know God's plan is not for us to question.  Joyce was diagnosed  with breast cancer in 2007.  Approximately a year ago Joyce's tumor markers begin to go back up again.  She has had many chemo and radiation treatments over the past year.  On January 27, 2017, Joyce's doctor told her that the chemo isn't helping anymore and at this point there is nothing else medically that can be done for Joyce.  She will be going to Duke to make sure there is not another plan that could be implemented.  It's hard for anyone to sit down and think about the memories that they will not be able to make with their loved ones.  I would really like for Joyce and her family to be able to spend quality time with each other and not have to worry about the expense of doing it.  This fund will be for Joyce and her family to be able to take a family vacation and enjoy other memorable times with each other.
