Mount Everest

Today, three male US Purple Heart Recipients have stood on top of the world - Marlene Rodriguez, US Army retired wants to become America's first female Purple Heart Recipient to join them on top of Everest! We need Amerca's help to make it happen! 
Your donation to American300.org will not only help Marlene break the glass ceiling for her fellow combat wounded Sisters, but will send a message of hope to thousands of female wounded warriors who like Marlene are in a daily fight against post traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury and physical new normalicy. 

For the past year, Marlene has been training her body... starting in January 2018, she will join world renowned Everest climber Chhiring Dorje Sherpa in Colorado to begin the process of altitude and technical skill acclamitization. 

She will join fellow American300 mentors on Mount Kilimanjaro in February before departing for Nepal in April with a goal of achieving the summit of Mount Everest with Chhiring Dorje via the Northside during the final days of May 2018.
