Funeral donation for Leon Thompson

Dear family and friends

Our beloved Leon Thompson recently passed away on 5/17/2023. Leon was a wonderful and hardworking family man who touched the lives of those around him. He dedicated his life to his family and made sure friends were happy and had a smile on their faces after a conversation. People always refer to him as Daddy because he was a great father figure with a warm and welcoming heart. During family get togethers Leon would usually sit with his phone watching "YouTchube," according to him. He never missed a night of Ludo or Dominoes and most times left with a plate of food that could serve a family of five. Unfortunately Leon's family was not prepared for his sudden death where he died from a Heart Attack. Daddy Leon was a man who would give his last to those that needed assistance, and so we the family will be doing our utmost to try and honor him for the last time to say our goodbyes. Unfortunately, we are faced with financial constraints and though we have accumulated our funds together, we are unable to cover the high cost of the funeral on our own. Though he lived here in America, the majority of his children and family lives in Jamaica and so we are hoping to send him back to his homeland Jamaica for his final resting place. We Have created a GoFundMe reaching out to the family and friends for assistance in offsetting the cost of the funeral expenses for both America and Jamaica. From the bottom of our hearts, we the family truly appreciate any support that is contributed. God bless you all and don't forget to shower your loved ones with blessings of love while they're alive as we the family would have been even more heartbroken if Daddy's joy and love were not spread among us all. Death is a creeper that comes uninvited, so try to live each day with love and kindness in mind thanks again, and we ask that you share this with anyone who knew him or anyone that would be willing to contribute to such a helpful cause.
