Help after house fire for Danny Ray

Thank you for helping Danny Ray and daughter recover from house fire on Stricker Street which happened as the result of a fire in an adjacent abandoned row home on Wednesday, October 28, 2015.
Danny Ray is one of those rarest community role models here in Baltimore. He is the admired youth pastor at the church around the corner (Wilkens Avenue Mennonite Church) where for many years he weekly serves some of the most vulnerable teens in southwest Baltimore, for no salary. He grew up in this same underprivileged community and cares deeply about the struggles people face. It is why he chose to remain living in the area to serve and support others. He is a very loving single father working full time, pursuing his college degree, raising his daughter, and inspiring faith, hearts and minds of young people. Nothing has been easy for him in life but he has consistently sought living in a way to make a difference.
