Help paying medical bills

Hi, my name is Marcus Anglin, and I need help paying my medical bills. I am a student and am not covered by insurance. The hospital's fees from diagnosing the pain in my arms emptied my savings and left me without any fallback.

As it stands, I am facing payments I cannot cover -- any help covering these fees would be greatly appreciated! I cannot work while my arms are in such pain, and I am unsure how I can cover this.
